The launch of VIBE in August 2007 is starting to make an impact on the Voice & Data market already.

Chatterbox Software Ltd have reached an agreement with VoIP-X Ltd as Consultants for their recently developed product called VIBE.  The market for VIBE is vast and is divided into two major commercial areas, as follows: ~

Enterprise Networks

Banks, retail outlets and service companies alike can benefit from VIBE.  We all now accept that a small company's communications can be supported on a single line with the use of 'IP' technology.  Services such as; Video, Data, Voice over IP and  'Chip 'n' PIN over IP can share that single line.

But just when you need it most, your Quality of Service (QoS) lets you down.  VIBE overcomes this problem by rationalising these priorities in a new and different way.  This process has shown an increase in network capacity of over 400%

ViBE is also suitable for Satellite Links, Wireless Radio Links, International VPNs and MPLS Networks.

ISPs and Centrex

ViBE allows ISP's and IP Centrex operators to increase the capacity of their service provision.  Thereby increasing the number of customers they can handle on existing resource.  This is done by increasing the performance of their VoIP service down a standard Broadband connection.  This can represent a 400% increase in the provision of VoIP, without the need to upgrade your circuits and routers.

Quality of Service

Conquering the QoS problem once and for all.

These new systems can allow up to 28 calls to be carried upstream on a standard 256K Broadband Channel, even whilst your data is passing over the same channel.

At the 'client' end, the VoIP-X 'VIBE' software is embedded in a standard router, where, at the other end, it routes calls via The ViBE Server.

Where VPN's are concerned, we have a low-cost module for your branches/satellite offices, handling up to 28 calls simultaneously, whilst the 'Hub' version can handle virtually limitless numbers of calls simultaneously.
